Sanicare Claims / Returns Form

 

Note: All product issues such as returns, missing items, defective parts/items etc. are required to have the Claims/Returns form filled out below.  Please read the below information before proceeding to the claim form lower down on the page. All claims are submitted to an independent contractor, Gold Key Inspection Services, who process claims on our behalf.

Bidets are personal hygiene devices and once installed are considered used and cannot be returned due to strict governmental hygiene regulations. Returns will only be accepted for the following:  

 

Return Policy: New/ Resaleable / Uninstalled:

If your bidet product is new, resaleable and uninstalled, in its original packaging with all manuals, parts and accessories included can be returned within 45 days of shipment date.  *NO RESTOCKING FEE* will be assessed on these returns. Note: If upon inspection of the bidet by our Professional Independent Inspection Services, and deem that the bidet upon inspection is actually used, parts missing, boxes torn etc, 10% to 15% restocking fee will be assessed. All shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product by filling out the claims/returns form .  A representative will provide you an RMA number by return email.  Products returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to sender.

  • All claims for defective merchandise, damaged items, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

  • No returns, for any reason, will be accepted 45 days from the original shipping date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Bidets must be returned undamaged, in good condition, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return the bidet in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.  Sanicare.com is not liable for damages incurred during shipment.  Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued.  DO NOT ship returns to our corporate mailing address.

  • RMA numbers are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from date of issuance. Bidets received 30 days after issue of an RMA will be charged a $10.00 fee to renew the claim.

  • Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.  

Return Policy: Defective or Damaged Products/ Wrong item shipped

Bidets are personal hygiene devices and once installed are considered used and cannot be returned. Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products. You may also return if we shipped you wrong product and we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. We suggest that you double check your order to make sure you received the correct item you order before installation. Once installed, it cannot be returned.

  • Bidets must be returned freight prepaid, undamaged, in good condition, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return the bidet in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.  Freight charges will be refunded for returned items that are defective or damaged during shipment and for wrong item shipped.

Cancel/Change/ Exchange an Open Order:  

Orders may be changed or canceled prior to shipment. To change your order, please call 1-800-878-4791. But, all order cancellation requests REQUIRE that an email be sent to sales@sanicare.com stating your  name, order # and reason for cancellation. An order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled over the weekend as our order fulfillment department is closed on Saturdays and  Sundays. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not completed the shipping process. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited, less a 3.5% credit card transaction fee.

Once an order is shipped there may be a restocking fee of 10-15%, plus freight, depending on the circumstances, for products that are not defective or damaged during shipping. A 15% restocking fee, plus shipping, is applied to all refused shipments.

The customer is responsible for ordering of the correct seat bidet size. Provided the bidet is accepted for exchange, the customer is responsible for return freight as well as freight charges for the replaced item. Restocking fees may apply, depending on the returned condition of the returned bidet.

Reservation to Cancel or Change Order:

We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price / incorrect shipping rates due to typographical error or an error in pricing information   from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email.

Fill-out the form below with as much information as possible. Incomplete data will only slow down the processing of your claim.  We do not process claims by phone.  Once your email is received it may take 2-3 business days before a reply is sent. Full instructions will be sent by return email as for procedures to follow in the claims process. If you did not receive a reply from us, please check your bulk, trash and spam folders or send a follow up email by going to the contact us link.
