Using one of these things is the strangest experience I can ever remember.

This is a great unit. Had it for a couple of weeks and it works great! A very strange experience but it works great!

I have a few problems at my age of 71. My bathroom experience can get sloppy at times. A unit like this is really good for my situation. I have to admidt, I could have considered one of the other brands but the Coway is the only one you can use as a seat such. That was my main reason for selecting the Coway.

Very easy to install, I did not even read the instruction, just went to the YouTube watch the instruction video before start. This bidet has all the function We need: nozzle position adjustment, water and drying temperature setting, oscillating setting, heated seat with skin sensor for energy saving. Soft closure added a nice touch to this product. Everybody in the house like it very much. I recommended it to all my friends constantly (i think they are annoyed by now) (Posted on 8/8/16)

This is my first time have a Washlet Installed at home, love it. Everything works to the product specification. All features of this model are just right for our needs. Besides the main functions of the wash and cleaning, Deodorized function better than a bathroom exhaust fan, but much less noise. I turn the heated seat off since it is hot summer now.

I can't say enough great things about this Coway. First off, you can't beat the price through Amazon. Second, this particular model has everything we love about the Toto toilets we used while visiting Japan last summer. The heated seat is blissful when waking up first thing in the morning and the deodorizer seems to do a good job. While I don't use the bidet every time I use the toilet (usually because I'm often in a hurry), I do force myself to slow down and appreciate all the bells and whistles this seat has to offer! And it is quite fantastic! :) As other reviewers have mentioned, the tank in the back does make the opening of your elongated toilet smaller but this hasn't been a problem for my 185 frame or for my 196cm husband. I guess if you had an extremely large bottom, it may be a problem? My only complaint is that the settings for water temp, seat temp, and air temp do not save when you program for user 1 & 2. Once those changes are made, they persist despite your user choice. But it hasn't been a problem - I just had to convince my husband to keep the seat at max heat and the air at medium heat. We've found our happy medium and are thrilled with this purchase. (Posted on 1/22/16)

This is my second time buying this seat. I bought it for a second bathroom because I loved the original seat so much. I did have problems with the original seat leaking at the tee connector but it was solved with plumber's tape. When I installed this seat, I used plumber's tape from the start and have had no problems. (Posted on 12/29/15)

Ordered this for a 96-year-old woman who lives with us. It's really a godsend! We weren't sure how it was going to work out, but it's perfect for her! Not only does it get her clean, but the water is warm, she can vary the water pressure, the warmth of the seat, the width of the water spray, and it blow dries her at the end. Just what she needs! State-of-the-art! So pleased with it for her sake. We operate the remote control for her, by the way.

Wish we could afford one for our own toilet! :)

Additionally, we bought a seat riser with handles as an accessory. The bolts with it were not the correct type, so I called Coway and they sold us what we needed. They knew exactly what I was talking about without having to explain.

These are heaven sent. We remodeled all our bathrooms and my sister sent me an article from the ny times about bidets. We decided to try one out. This does everything you can imagine and more. Temperature controlled, move water jet to where you need it, deodorize, you name it. We promptly ordered another for the other full bath. Also very easy to install, basically an electrical outlet.
