COVID-19 FAQs

Q: Can I still order online?

A: Yes, you can still place an order with us and we'll dispatch this as usual as there is currently no impact or delay to orders.

Q: I'm expecting a delivery, will this still go ahead?

A: Yes, our delivery process is still going ahead as normal with no delay expected. Please continue to use `Track my Order' regarding delivery dates.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Please use the Track My Order page to find the latest update for your order. As soon as it's dispatched, we'll email you with tracking information where relevant. Currently there is no impact or delay to orders.

Q: Are you prioritising essentials?

A: Yes, during this time we will be prioritising the delivery of essential products over luxury and non-essential bathroom accessories, to ensure those who urgently need our products get them as swiftly as possible. If this affects your order, we'll let you know.

Q: Can I still return items?

A: Yes, our warehouse is still operating and we're still processing returns.

Q: Is your showroom still open?

A: We have closed our showroom for the time being. Please check back for updates as to when this will be reopened.

Q: Have your delivery methods changed?

A: Our third party couriers are already operating under contactless delivery methods, please see below for further information.

 

Courier (Small & Medium Items)

Our delivery providers are currently using a new contactless delivery process to help minimise any contact between parties. The means customers may no longer be asked to sign for their orders. Instead, the delivery driver may take a photo of the parcel being dropped off at the delivery point. This will now form proof of delivery until further notice.

Pallet Deliveries

Our kerbside delivery drivers will continue to leave your delivery pallets outside of your address. In addition to this, they will also remain at least 2 meters away from you or anyone in your property to ensure there is no unnecessary direct or close contact between drivers and customers.

For all delivery types, we will continue to adapt our service in line with government guidance. Please continue to check back for regular delivery updates.
