Available in Slovenia, Austria and Croatia. You may pay in cash to the courier or collect at the nearest post office.

3. Guarantee
MARO GmbH ensures that Was & Dry toilet seats are free from manufacturing defects when used according to instructions. Extended warranty applies only to the first purchaser.
Excluded from warranty:
- Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)
- Abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or installation
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Foreign substances in water system
- Physical damage
Contact us for an RMA number before returning any defective product. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.
4. Returns in 15 Days
You may return any item within 15 days for a full refund, excluding shipping. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and sent with the RMA number.
Refunds issued within 15 days via postal money order or bank transfer (bank details required). Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Returns do not apply if goods have been used, installed, or for hygiene reasons.
